BILL CRESPO'S STORY

2005 to Present

I began my journey into coaching with the top real estate coaching companies. I was fortunate to be asked by my Mike Ferry Organization coach to interview with Mike to become a coach. After 5 years with MFO, I was asked to coach for MAPS Coaching. Since I have always been a creative person and wanting to perfect how to develop the performance of sales individuals, I went out on my own in 2013 and founded Path2PRO Coaching.

2001 - 2005 

I decided to go back into sales so that I can control my income and opened my own real estate office.  This is where I clearly began to understand the recruiting and training piece. Not to forget hiring staff, doing P&L's, paying the bills and motivating the team.

2005 to Present

1988 - 2000

After becoming top producer in my office I was recruited to be a sales manager by a competing firm, (thinking that they made more money). This began my training and sales leadership career. I was privileged to take an office from dead last out of 300 offices in the region to the top 10 in 2 years. From my success I was later hired by the region to train agents and sell franchises.

1978 - 1985

After a very short career working in Washington D.C. for the FBI (I wanted to be a Special Agent) I was bored with classifying fingerprints and I decided to do the best next thing ... become a DJ, a professional model, and moved to Hawaii to do commercials, TV, and small movie parts. 
Even in this crazy industry I was always looking for the business side of things. I wanted to make more, do more, and crack the code?

1988 - 2000
